advanced picture
1. Open up PSP with a picture of your choice. I chose this picture of Lacey Chabert.
2. Duplicate the picture and change the mode to ‘hard light’
3. Make a new raster layer and fill it with #74b0b0 . Change the mode to soft light.
4. Now create a black and pink gradient like this. Create a new raster layer and fill it with that gradient. Change the mode to “Lighten”
5. Now make a new raster layer and fill it with #f8f67b. Change it to 18% opacity.
6. Now merge and duplicate the image. sharpen the duplicate. Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen
7. Set the duplicated layer to 58 % opacity.
8. & Your done! It should look like this.
