1. Open up your blend or image on your program. I used this image of Haylie and Hilary Duff. Copy the image and paste it on a new background.
2. With that copied image, go to Image>Decrease Colour Depth>2 Colours. Click here for an example
3. Chose the same settings as I did in this image.
4. Copy the image and paste it to the first image.
5. Change the mode to soft light and lower the opacity (optional)
6. It should turn out like this . Zoom in for a better picture.
