gaussian blur

1. Choose a picture you would like to blur. I chose this picture. Open it up on your program. click.

2. Duplicate the picture (right click)

3. At the top bar of your program, go to Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur. Click here if you’re unsure.

4. Make your settings similar to mine. HERE. Then, apply.

5. Change the mode to Overlay. Or you can change it to screen or soft light. Try experimenting with other modes.

6. Your image should now look like this if you used “overlay”
